Note: To break it all down and make it simple. Vehicle tires transitioning from summer hot temps to winter cold temps will make a tire loose pressure so one will need to check and add air to maintain proper pressure as needed through the winter.
Note: Vehicle tires transitioning from winter cold temps to summer warm temps will make a tire gain pressure especially while driving so one will need to check the pressure and more than likely reduce/bleed pressure off especially at first in order to maintain proper vehicle tire manufacture recommendations of proper tire pressure which can be found on the driver-side inside door panel and if not then look on the outside wall of the tire for hot and cold pressures.
It is best to check periodically during the winter and summer months to keep tires inflated properly or excessive wear or blow-outs can and will happen many times more than not.
